Great learning curve

what I enjoy most is liaising with different clients on a daily basis, both telephonically and by meeting them daily. my day starts off with making sure that the reception area is neat and tidy, make sure water, coffee and tea are set up daily for clients. make sure that clients are comfortable whilst waiting for the person they have an appointment with. I also assist HR dept with the staff register on a daily basis. i also assist finance dept with updating information on Timbuktu and pastel evolution. (this is a system which i haven't worked on before and i enjoy that very much) what I've learnt at frontseat, is so much different than corporate, as its a whole new business

Pros: GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR PROMOTION
Cons: DONT REALLY HAVE SOMEONE TO RELIEVE ME AT LUNCH AND TEA TIMES

Learnt a lot about branding and signage

a medium sized Signage company that has a manufacturing side and an office for designers, hr, admin, finance and others. We have 3 designers including myself. On a daily basis i work with the production team and clients, basically managing my projects from start to finish.

Pros: keeps you on your toes and helps to be able to work under a lot of pressure
Cons: underpaid and not valued, the thing they see are mistakes not your hard work
