eat company Great environment in terms of work colleagues. Unfortunately the lack of progression makes you feel stagnant.. I have learnt a lot from the company and I believe that if they provided equal opportunity to grow, they would be more successful.

Good learning curve

The structure of the company is white monopoly capital where growth for other races is scarce, a typical work day is best just to do your work and nothing else, co workers is only coleagues for any other relationships with in the company leads to back stabbing, the most important thing i've learned is to focus solely on your job and your personal growth with the job, completeing the job with in time frame and less mistakes was something i enjoyed the most and doing a job for the first time with no knowledge of it was most challenging for me

Pros: Not a great oppertunity to grow and get promotion
Cons: Working hours is ok

Exellent learning curve

My typical day at work is i walk in thencheck if theres anything i needs to complete from the previous day then at 8 oclock i have a scheduled meeting on team's where by we go threw things like virtual stock and certain resources we have on hand or we need more of, then after the scheduled meeting i make sure that kits that were used durf and off the shelf from there i proceed on with my web development, data capturing and helping out on sypro wich is a software we use in the company then then also software development using c# my last project was making a bar code scanner to use for the company.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning and getting promoted
Cons: Theres still a whole lot of coruption that needs to be attended to
