EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

 Reporting to the Financial Manager  Operating and capturing figures and sales into OMNI (Accounting software)  Compiling and preparing Daily Turnover Analysis Reports for Daily Pricing Analysis - All product sales.  Compiling and preparing Daily Turnover Analysis Reports for Daily Pricing Analysis - Drivers salesmen.  Weekly and Monthly reconciling of Stock  Weekly and Monthly reconciling of Drivers cash recons  Assisting HR with calculation of commission rates with regards to drivers’ sales  Capturing of Purchase orders into OMNI  Compiling and preparing weekly and monthly sales reviews.  Daily compiling, balancing and capturing of Production into OMNI – Day shift and Night shift  Assisting occasionally with passing credits on damaged, expired and cancelled stock.  Assisting Financial Manager with any queries, filing and data capturing that may be required.  Assisting and filling in for Receptionist once shift ends

Great experience gained

Its been a great working experience at frimax as I have gained alot of experience. I start at 6am till 8pm sometimes later as we are extremely busy with orders and invoicing for the morning loads. I had a great working relationship with my colleagues as there were just a few admin staff. I have learnt to work under tremendous pressure and 2 programmes omni and sage accpac.I like invoicing as I have become used tp it. My job mainly requires getting the orders and invoicing on time so customers are happy.

Pros: Better hours and salary
Cons: Long hours of overtime

Making a diference in the work place

See customers on appointments every two hours Very good working relationship at all levels You learn every day from the people you meet on all levels Meeting people which make a diffierence in the work place Achieving the company goals and with team work

Excellent experience

Working at frimax have made me the strong,hard working and quick thinker on solving problems employee, I have learnt that listening to instructions carefully makes you a deciplined person which grows and become great asset for your employer at all time and by doing your job completely, accurately ,understanding and learning through out ,you grow everyday,being a team player is good for the work because our degree of excellence is not equally.life is a challenges process so if we not face with challenges we don't learn so challenges makes me stronger and I grow when face them.

Pros: Growing with the company be the best I can be.
Cons: I don't leave anything not completely done always try to be the best don't like failing
