I am passionate about my career and am willing to learn new engineering applications

I do machine setup for the forming machine on different size of coolers in production. I also oversee maintenance of CNC punching and bending machines. Modifications of tools and dies in the tool room. I also ensure l maintain interpersonal relationships at optimum levels to ensure good productivity.

Cons: I work very dull shifts. eg 11pm to 7am for two concecutive weeks

I'm able to think analytically and a problem solver,

I'm working as a picker,supporting production with material and making sure that the production run smooth daily.we have days for circle count.and returning or binnning stock that's was given for production if not used.we work as a team and achieve everything as a team.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: I can work on weekends if the job requires that

Challenging

Very challenging environment. Requires fast and analytical thinking. Very fast paced. Must be motivated and have good people skills. Excellent numerical skills. Good report writing.

High pace production activities, friendly staff, learned a lot about production demads

Demanding production activities, quality of production is always sang but never achieved, unfaithful fireman's that have favoritism, health safety culture nit followed workers safety minimum coconcern

Pros: Opportunity to grow
Cons: Plant Production Supervisor/ Shift manager – managing about 150 employees with 10 production foreman directly reporting to me in a refrigeration manufacturing company producing coolers for Coca cola, Heineken etc.
