Challenging, busy at times with programme planning nad implementation.

Programme co-ordination, meeting. It is fun to work with some of my colleagues. I've learnt to work well under pressure but that timeous planning is good and always plan with plan B in mind. The travelling and working with young students and influential leaders in our country. The most challenging was not saying anything about a situation that has upset me, not because I didn't want to but because I just wanted to keep the peace.

Pros: Diligence, time management
Cons: Flexible working hours
