Best learning from the company

I have to day assign task to my team members , I receive a request from sales executive manager coming from the customer and I have to analyse the concept of that product than i can draft the process flow of the product to identified the feasibility and understand the risk. what I have learn the most is being able to create the recipe from scratch which was the work that was done by my CEO I have taken over to be the one who make changes in recipes. I enjoy doing the recipe because i keep learn new thing by doing trials understand the perfomance of processes. The most challenging time is when the sales team failure to gather the all the information for NPD and i have to start doing my job while i have no idea of what is exactly the request.

Pros: i had the best learn from the master of spices from German and i have get opportunity to study Operations Management and Project Management
Cons: Production not following the processes and recipes

Gained a lot of experience

I started as a general assistance , and became a machine operator , first aider, she rep , and fire fighter , I have learn more about safety in my life at Freys. Enjoy,working with different kinds of people from all levels. Feels good when doing facilitation
