Tg ownership of the job and company, extremely challenging as no 2 days are the same and manufacturing fresh product for the major retailers is always difficult, I love being a leader and motivator by doing all the HR in the company so have a great relationship with 99% of staff. Our products taking ownership of the job and company, extremely challenging as no 2 days are the same and manufacturing fresh product for the major retailers is always difficult, I love being a leader and motivator by doing all the HR in the comapny so have a great relationship with 99% of staff. Our products make a difference in peoples lives and that has been such a motivator for me and I have enjoyed the research and development tremendously.

Pros: Amazing products and great team, Lovely culture to work in
Cons: There is unfortunately no more growth for me personally in this company
