Looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow within myself

I am currently the Key Accounts and Sales Manager, I work with an amazing team of 4 telesales staff and 5 reps, we have a very open relationship in which I do not Micro Manage and I trust in my teams to use their gumption and make decisions. I am very well organized , dedicated , friendly but also stern. I love new challenges and would like to embark on a new journey. I love dealing with clients and usually form amazing work relationships. I feel I could use more challenges but this has been a great stepping stone for me and my growth but it is time to grow even further.
