It's a great stepping stone

Working here has made me accomplish so much and better myself in so many aspects a very high pressure environment has made me thrive in so many ways, unfortunately the politics that go on in this company make it very inconvenient and uncomfortable to work here for much longer, the coworkers and I get along well and together we ensure tasks are completed, I love doing what I'm doing but just trying to get away from the reception area.

Cons: Loads of politics

Gained experience in freight industry

- Work 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri - Excellent relationship with colleagues - I have gained the trust of all the employees - What I find challenging of my job, there are some language barriers with some of the cross border drivers. - What I have learnt from Freightworx is to have patience. - Typical work day - i am very detailed oriented. I plan my day close of business day, and the following morning i prioritize. I deal with the 3rd party payments, UIF, Provident Fund, Union, SARS (EMP201), Bargaining Council.

Pros: close to home,
Cons: salary not market related
