Excellent learning curve

to work for freightmore is very challenging and you work under a lot of pressure, time plays a big roll in your daily work and you are pushed to get everything done before leaving at 17:00. In the transport business and doing customer care as well you do take a lot of strain, but if you are organized and can work under pressure you are good to go. I do enjoy my work and have learnt to work as a team as well as on your own. Planning is also a big part of my work load and every day is diffirent.

Pros: organizing and planning skills grow
Cons: no room to grow or promotion

To grow within a company

the day start with a brief meeting, planning for the day good understanding with co workers-motivate them on a daily basis to give respect and receive im motivated by challenges i enjoy resolving queries

Cons: if deadlines require OT i will do so

I live my job

I love my job at Freightmore alway have always will but my potential is alot so much im able to work 3 jobs at once and still do office work i wouldnt look for a other job but i dont know whats going on
