Great place to start off your career at

Working at freightmax as an intern was an excellent learning curve, worked 5 days a week and off on weekends, friendly proffessionals with a whole lot of advises, and also keen to show how jobs are done accurately,I learnt relationship building is important helps you learn how to humble yourself,gives you confidence and makes you want to work more,i enjoyed fleet operations learnt more practical things because i only had theorical aspects of it, i enjoyed working unsupervised, had to take over from a colleague that took leave so i learnt to be more indepedant and to understand complexities of the job, challenges i faced was to continually had to prove myself also to constantly trying to ensure to clients that their jobs are in a safer hands with me servicing them

Pros: good platform to start off your career
Cons: slim opportunities for growth

Development

You learn new things everyday, people come with new challenges. I get to meet differant types of people eg. Race, Gender, Senior to Lower Managemenf & floor staff. In that way that makes me a good communicator at differant levels. There is great team work. U get to climb the corporate ladder. I have learnt a lot more especially confidentiality, interacting with people at different levels and being independent.

Cons: At times your hard work goes unrecognised. Instability of the company
