Excellent learning curve

on a daily basis my work included data capturing, reconcilling PODS ,filling daily document's, answering queries from the customers , capturing invoices and making sure the DRF/ billing is up to date . I worked closely with other employees as my job could only be done thoroughly with the help of other employees , I had to ask their assistance in finishing tasks like asking a truck from the controllers to take back pallets to chep what ive learnt the most is working as a team to make a success of what we doing , I have also learned to work well under pressure and that you can not run a business on your own the most challenging aspect was having to talk to drivers and maintanining a good relationship with them because without the drivers the would be no work done .

Pros: great structure , great learning curve
Cons: long working hours , having to struggle to get resources , no corporate culture

Excellent Laarning curve

A review summary: A typical working day can go from completely quite to an extremely stressful day, where deadlines need to be adhered to. I have a excellent relationship with my co-workers, and senior management. Freightmax has taught me how to deal with diverse customers, how to be patient (on the operational point of view).. I thoroughly enjoy each challenge freightmax has to offer. Most challenging aspects of my job would be my month end billing and payroll submission due on the same day. This can become quite hectic, stressful. Yet challenging.

Great working Experience

My work day can be from quite to extremely hectic,. I have an honest casual and interesting relationship with my co workers. Freightmax taught me alot about customer loyalty, patience and how to deal with stress. what i enjoy most, is my challenge to meet deadlines and achieving them. I would say the ,most challenging aspect of my job would be meeting and exceeding my deadlines

Excellent learning curve

my responsibilities include taking telephonic messages , ensuring up to date filing ;documentation is filed daily and is accessible , daily check of load quantity vs. number of documents and empty pallets received , maintaining and updating pallet movement reports, ensures that transfer out are processed to the stroke account and process and capture all transfer hire and pallet exchange notes on the CHEP pallet management system and clearing the recons i enjoy working here as it gives me a clear view of how logistics work and it helps my career pasths as it grows a person

Pros: great team work
Cons: long working hours , no growth and sometimes theres negativity

Gaining a experience , but very limited

Work environment is good Colleagues helpful & respectful i have learnt a lot more about logistics & the finance department I enjoy learning about different kinds of transport and rates and costing . i also enjoy learning more about warehousing and storage .

Pros: Not so great opportunities for a promotion
Cons: working hours are good
