Work well under pressure

Working there is good especially the team an the patients even thou it has its days.Working there under pressure is beneficial because U get to learn alot an U gain alot from colleagues especially my seniors.The most difficult thing at my job is dealing with difficult patients.

Learning curve

Travelling long distances with no allowances Realtionship with workers is good I maintain it because my work is client orientated. I have learnt how to deal with difficult clients.

Great opportunity to explore and to move out of comfort zone.

I am a dedicated person and hard working, i hae been given many different tasks to perform at work outside my actually Job and with the help of my team i managed to execute those tasks very well, I beleive that am a good team player and i have gain leadership skillls.

Pros: Great opportunity to explore and to grow in my carrer.
Cons: Dedication is needed and commitment.

Exposure to the industry

My typical day at work is getting to work and then wait for my boss to allocate me tasks. I get along with my co workers and our relationship is just professional. I have learnt the art of being ethical at all times because you will never know what will happen. I enjoy working here because majority of the employees are young and full of life,so we relate a lot. Most challenging part about my job is nepotism and incompetency.

Pros: I get to have working experience and push my QS hours
Cons: Not enough exprosure

Given me work experience

Working for the department has given me a lot of experience. It has opened a whole new world of working with other people and accommodating them with their differences. And most importantly,it taught me that the people I serve are priority and I should put their well-being first.

Exceeds expectations

I believe that I exceeds all expectations in her role as supply chain practitioner. I always have a positive attitude. I adapts easily to rapid change in the workplace. I works well under pressure by herself and with other team members. I am detail-oriented and completes tasks in a timely manner. I even seeks out additional responsibilities when schedule allows
