Hard working individual and a peoples person

I am a team player and will make a plan to ALWAYS meet the needs and deadlines of my clients. I will do what it takes which includes long hours, after hours and weekends, in order to please my client, and thus maintain long standing professional relationships. I have learnt that relationships built over the years with client, will last a life time, and clients are not necessarily looking at costs all the time, but rather excellent, reliable service, and I have clients that will testify of my great service. The most challenging part of my job is meeting sometimes impossible deadlines, and a typical example of this, is a few years back a colleague & I drove to JHB a completely unplanned trip as a client desperately needed paint to complete a project or he was going to face labour costs, and we drove straight back to Durban.. making this an 11 hour trip with no breaks !! We were mentioned in an article on the local newsletter for great service and a job well done!

Strong work ethics and high standards.

Over the past 19 years, I have worked as an HR Generalist responsible for implementing strategies to increase productivity, improve employee satisfaction, reduce turnover and support business objectives. I am able to perform a variety of tasks which include the successful placement of staff, facilitate learning and development programmes, the write up of policies and procedures, job descriptions, development plans and employment contracts. I am able to outline change management, talent management and performance management plans and processes. I offer a consulting service to management, chair hearings, grievances, and incapacity hearings and represent clients at CCMA and Bargaining Council. I hold strong work ethics and high standards.

Keen to learn new skills

Freelancing at the moment but im looking for a more stable job within the industry. I wanna improve my skill and learn new ones. My every day is improving my video editing skills and busy learning Motion Graphics. On my, Freetime will be exercise, sport (soccer), Gaming or music.

Excellent

Work load is amazing... I get to learn a lot of things , there is always pressure but there is always a way of overcoming those issues . Im hands on so when called to do certain tasks I'm always there . I get to network and make new contacts which makes my work easier... I do everything from counting stock, putting up signage , ordering food for the team. I learn how to manage risk by always canvassing the sound and technical aspect of the events
