Good leadership
I've learned a lot from my current work, great team and be given an opportunity to prove my self and improve my confidence. Am looking forward to new challenges and work place that I will grow in many skill. I've learned how important the customer and the brand is .am a people's person am always at my happiest, and I enjoyed spending time at our customers and be helpful and always came with solutions.. I really enjoyed being real.

It's a good learning curve
I am currently employed at Freddy Hirsch Group and also completing my Diploma in International Marketing Management through the IMM Graduate School of Marketing . I have largely held positions in Sales and Marketing, in finance as an accounts administrator; bookkeeper and also as a Field Sales Execution Manager. I have in the process acquired skills in Management (management of merchendisers, field marketers and field manager),bookkeeping, proficiency in pastel-the accounting software, stakeholder management, interpersonal communication, time management, report writing and presentation skills, achieving targets and managing not only my area but myself in the environment I work in.

I have enjoyed every moment, challenging but exciting
I have enjoyed every moment of being in Freddy Hirsch Group, I had great relationship with all employees who were around me even my boss Hmre manager inland, I have learn a lot when it comes to food and beverage What I have enjoyed the most is coming up with an ideas on how to approach new customers The challenge tha I have is to see customers while you to do demo's in another customer it takes time

Not challenging
When process are not followed I work better with those that comply with the rules and regulations of the company Unity systems and some transactions Guiding my staff Process are not in place
