Most Challenging of the Job is the retrenchment consultation processes, engagement with Unions, dealing with a difficult client. most enjoy is dealing with strategic management plan, negotiations and facilitation or address the employees with company policies and procedures particularly the IR and OD.

Good Morning, Fraser is a Global company taking very good care of all their employees. A Typical work day. Have a coffee. Work Work Work Work. Talk work, Walk work. Go home... a lot of times work will continue at my house after hours as well. Relationship with co-workers. I have a very good relationship with everyone except Management. Im not always treated fare but because its my Managers ... I just keep quite do what they say and concentrate on my work. What I enjoy most I love the financial part of my work. Most challenging aspects of the job. To check 117 Wages employees clock cards and OT approval forms, capture the hours and import the hours with a very very tight deadline to reach. I normally work OT during payroll time to get the work done on time. Im a fighter...my work has to be on time and of good quality otherwise I will not be happy with myself.

Pros: Medical aid and pension benefits.
Cons: I dont think the salary I get is enough for all the work I have to do and OT I have to work.

Awesome Team Work

A TEAM PLAYER IN A TEAM OF FIVE AWESOME TECHNICIANS, EACH RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS UNIT. I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WHOLE OF THE NORTHERN BUSINESS UNIT (NBU) FROM BRITS (NORTH WEST) ALL THE WAY TO ELISRAS (LIMPOPO). I HAD TO ASSIST BOTH REMOTELY AND PHYSICALLY IF NEED BE. MY REGIONAL OFFICE WAS IN RUSTENBURG. MY MAIN JOB WAS TO ASSIST ALL FRASER ALEXANDER COMPUTER END USERS IN MY BUSINESS UNIT AND WRITE MONTHLY REPORTS ON ANY ISSUES OR RECOMMENDATIONS. BELOW ARE THE DUTIES I WAS ENTRUSTED WITH. 1. Installation and trouble shooting of software 2. Managing user accounts on Active Directory Set up and troubleshooting printers on the network and on local 3. Managing all network connection on all remote sites 4. Manage networking equipment 5. Run surveys for network requirements on new sites 6. Installing BIO Matrix clocking system together with their antennae 7. Looking after 3 servers at our regional offices, Domain Controller Server,Exchange, .server, and File server

Pros: A great feeling of significance. I felt like an important part of the team.
Cons: Small team which means small chance of promotion
