Excellent experience, good work relations

I am currently working under more pressure than usual because of vacancies that were not filled yet, but I am doing my absolute best to fit these extra duties into my working day as I know that this experience I am gaining now will be for my benefit in the long run. I've been entrusted with duties which entails working with confidential information which is of great encouragement to me as this shows that I've proven myself to be trustworthy and my superiors have confidence in me. I have excellent relations with Management, right down to the labour. When my supervisor is on leave my boss normally requests me to assist him with duties that my supervisor will normally perform. I didn't only grow in my work at Franklin Sawmill, but also spirtually as I've become someone who my colleagues can confidently come to for postive encouragement on a professional and personal level.

Pros: Excellent experience gained, my dedication and sense of responsibilty deepend towards my job.
Cons: Travelling 84kms daily (Monday - Friday)

Excellent learning curve

I am a young trade tested electrician who can contribute positively to any company.We are a team of 4 and we share tasks and breakdowns -arising through the day.

Pros: we do different skills as we work as one team consisting of different artisans so each one teaches one
Cons: salary not very good no benefits like pension fund or medical aid and yes long working hours
