Very big company learn a lot every day,

I controlled raw material store and supply 4 deparments in production. I controll four co workers and work as a team. I've learned to communicate as I supply different departments to make my job easy and reliable. I like solving problem and teaching my co workers to learn from my knowledge. Dealing with suppliers is the most difficult part of my job especially for supplying wrong materials.

Pros: I want to supervise and lead
Cons: I work until my job is done

Franklin is good company

My position is not challenging compared to my previous one. I need more work, more pressure, daily challenges to deal with. Employees are very good people to work together with though they still need more training at certain work related matters. The company apply safety 100%.

Pros: I looking forward for a new post here
Cons: I supply steel so safety comes first

Excelent place for growthhi

I normaly lialise with bot departments and supplies should the problem arise and i also like encouraging people to work as a team on orther to achieve both objectives and goals

Excellent learning curve

We get to have a job card check the work piece, prepare the work start the machine.and get the job done In assembly also get a job card prepare the spares start the plan get the job done.

Healthy relationship

Good relationship with my coworkers we work as a team we help each other.what I like the most is the chance we are given to upgrade ourselves, artisan are few that is why I work almost all departments I like it because I used my trade fully my experience is growing in both fitting and turning.learning is company priority we select the course that is inline with our qualifications so that we can grow ourselves.

Good place to start

II am hereby applying for position of Applications Engineer as advertised on your website. I have been in the pump (Slurry Pumps included) field for 4 years now and in the sales field for 9 years with a total experience of 7 years dealing with Mines. I also have a lot of experience with Mineso have a lot of experience with Mines in Africa in countries such as Namibia, Zambia, Botswana, Tanzania, Eritrea, Ghana, Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, DRC and others. I have extensive travel experience doing direct selling into the countries with my travel being 70% of the time. I have a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and therefore I am fully technical, I do my own quotes, tenders and as well as process expedite and ship my own orders.
