I'm a Hard worker. I wish my application be improved. I have an experience in construction job. I have do the carpenter in Franki Africa and general worker. I have do a concrete technology.

Pros: I like to do the Safety rap, General worker, Carpenter and any job concern about concrete
Cons: Any hour and any weather I can work

I'm a hard working person always wanting to learn more and better myself

I am a diesel plant mechanic/senior with knowledge of a few machines in piling .basic hydraulics and electrical. Just over basic with welding and cutting. I been on fire fighter course as well as forklift and 100ton crawler rig. I have had experience with rigging and alot of other stuff as well always learning a team player and I take pride in my work

Pros: Always learning
Cons: When u have a problem and a few people are not team players

Needed work exposure

Franki Afrika is part of a keller group. Company values are at the core of this company. There is a great potential for growth at Franki really. There is a large number of whites in higher positions than africans. There is still a huge income gap. I have learnt a lot at the finance and admin departments as well as asset/ store management. I've also been exposed to site administration. I enjoy a free role, working independently and unsupervised. It is a much needed experience for someone willing to grow in the industry

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
