Good learning curve

My relationship with co-workers was great as we always worked together as a team and as a floor. My day at work would be a good day to me as I was always looking forward to dial my in progresses qoutes and the best environment I was working on where we were always being motivated by great words from our management on our emails as sales agents. Most challenging part was when we getting to dial lot of voicemails and no answers as it was a cold calling leads. I've leant how do manage a rude clients and how to build a customer relationship in order to earn trust and interest from my clients.

Cons: Working weekends that are not scheduled and working unpaid over time

Perfect training and very good working environment

To work at Frank Financial services it was a great experience for I learnt how to work in a Insurance company. Everyday we were calling clients introducing our products I was working under liberty group then we where doing data capturing, doing qoutes for the clients send documents to the clients whose interested in our products. We worked as a team always it was a great experience working with my co-workers. What's I enjoyed the most was dealing with the clients explaining the products. Most challenging thing about the job it is a very stressful environment and not everyone can manage to work on

Assisting families to get financial stability and make informed decisions.

I worked quite nicely and very comfortable with evrything and everyone wirh the hours that were draining but coped well under tge pressures having a thought that one day i were to gwt an opportunity

Growth was possible within the years possible to grow myself

Setting daily plans, meetings, coachings, assessments, performance management and HR processes. Excellent Monitoring own goals is as important as setting goals. Working with people Continuous change without notice

Passionate,driven,determined,tenacious,easy going,quiet (not shy).

I learnt my passion for IT at this company as most was self taught without any formal training, finding a problem and finding a solution has only gotten better as the years have gone by. I can do it asleep and probably drunk lol that is how well I have grasped our system. Deployments, or outages are some challenging moments but we never give up until the job is done. I want to know more and I want to be more and hope that, that shines through.

Excellent learning curve

Working at this company has not just gave me the ability to gain experience in a financial industry but at the same allowed to gain characteristics straits such as patience, drive for success and to a point developing great relationships with clients when assisting them with their long term insurance policies .

Frank Financial services Ltd is growing business. The amount of hours working at this company is way less than what you are paid for. There is no such thing as work and life balance
