A very hard working place that produce only pros on salesmen
Well its a very challenging work place It needs only you to commit yourself on your lovely position. No matter what happens on your journey you need to reach your goal at the end. It gives you more and more courage to stand still and believe to yourself. The relationship between me and my colleagues is very good since I am the member that gives them powerful words whenever the business goes down and we all getting together and push more and harder. So far i have learnt a lot from self motivated to always live to be a winner. I really enjoy interacting with new people everyday, this gives me more lessons everyday, since we learn everyday. It keeps my mind updated every hour because I always create different strategies on how to tackle down problem and win the trust of Customers.

Hard work under pressure over time not paid in full no bonus paid every year workers mistreated no respect and lack of trust and they didnt respect other Africans race cultures and religions as well belief

Have grown in many ways i have sales experience and management experience.

Excellent learning curve
It's a great challenging experience for me deal with difficult customers Push and motivate staff to do their individual targets and store targets. Look after company assets maintain standard of the company I have learned to have problem solving skills and talking care of customers. I enjoy planning things and see them going according to my planning, doing targets Dealing with thieves staff its challenging because they will never agree that they stole something. I have great relationship with my staff beacuase of team building events we have.

Excellent learning curve
I started as a sales person, be came a cashier, then floor manager, and now I'm the assistant manager. The working hours are very long and day offs are few but all that groomed me and made me stronger. The nicest thing about my job is that it's challenging and one gets to learn about different international brands. I'm good with customers and that is what makes my job exciting. Attitude makes a big impact in the type of job I'm working, so with my attitude and hard work, my job is easier for me.

I have gained experience and skills to communicate and understanding people from different levels.
I am a diligent student that takes pride in my work, whether it is a job in work or at school. I always try to do my utmost best in everything that I am challenged with and in doing so I ensure that I appreciate each opportunity and therefore always take it as a learning curve that will improve my character. I am outgoing, smart,cooperative, brave and confident. Each task that I am presented with is looked at as a blessing furthermore it is something that takes me away from the streets and helps me grow well

Working with sales and people at the same time is a great experience. You learn to build employees as well as delivering great service to customers. I enjoy working with people and where I work right now has made my communication skills better.

Stagnant
Customers and colleagues can be quite testing sometimes but then, we just hv to do our job and be professional at the end of the day. My relationship with colleagues is undescibable. I enjoy doing admin & I've learnt that no matter how excellent you do your work if f your colleagues don't want u to get a promo they will always badmouth you to area managers. The most challenging part is that since I work in jhb cbd and close to a taxi rank we always hv to be alert of shoplifters, looters etc

You get a lot of experience as an individual
There's room for improvement yet at the same time employees get demoted and fired every now an then and they are quick to replace even if you are innocent. They believe in polygraph test

Ng new things, it is a demanding organisation interms of competition
It's a good company that look after its employees, very professional and educational, it teaches employees about growth in industry and ensure they quickly learn new things, competition is everyday since
