Moving from Extrusion operator to Extrusion foreman

Moving from Extrusion operator to Extrusion foreman, from being a follower to a leader, building a a strong team out of people with different characters and attitudes is indeed challenging but managed to build a winning team, from one layer extruder to five layer extruder, it's interesting to face different challenges everyday but winning though sometimes its hard..

Pros: Great opportunity for promotions for workers and disciplined individuals
Cons: Few offs

Working Environment

Not best environment for Management Staff. Extra hours without payments or any other benefits. No motivation to Lower Management Staff. Would not recomend the Company to any person looking for Lower Management position. But Salaries are paid in time.

Pros: Not empowering
Cons: long working hours
