Ive learnt so much in fournos bakery but my salary is very little i can hardly provide for myself

There are better and worst days at work.you get to meet different customers with different attitude.. ive learnt to deal with them according to my working environment.I have a good working relationship with my coworkers.the most challenging aspects of my job are working under pressure on a very busy day

Pros: i understand customers better and know a lot so a promotion yes
Cons: working double shifts no pay

Worning at Fournos was one of the best experiences of my life

I started working at fournos as a cleaner and ended up as a waiter. I was taught how to grill, how to make croissants and coffees. My co-wokers became my family. working at fournos was a nice experience, some days where challenging and most where fun. I have learnt so much about the hospitality industry.

It is s good company

processi monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct oit is agood company wir improve a company's final products and processes in order to meet established quality standards.

Good at communication with costumers

I have a good relationship with my co-workers and I can face any challenge that comes my way Always making sure that I serve costumers with great success. I have learnt to save costumers with great interest and to know the good quality.Always making sure that I put a smile on my face and to make sure that the costumers are happy with the products To insure that I serve well in order our products can sell

Pros: Good service to the costumers
Cons: I have worked for 9 hours per day and six days with one of per week

Learning curve

The company has a great team and are able to assist with long term goals. The company values and beliefs are embedded in the operational structures. The employees are a great team to work with and they work well together in reaching the full company objectives. External factors that arise are dealt with in such a manner that diminishes weaknesses and increases weaknesses. For as long as I've worked at the fournos group I have had great exposure to different aspects of the business cycle including stock control as well as handling of accounts.
