Working environment

I get along very well with each and every colleague, and the working environment is quite good. One gets to work, switch on his/her pc and start dialing, only get up to go to breaks and to use the loo. Working 6 days a week.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion

Learning to deal with daily pressure.

It seems like an easy but it not as easy job to do. You have deal with clients daily. Convince them to settle their debt and some are difficult to deal with. I work well with my colleagues, we have built a good working relationship. I learned that giving your all in what you do pays off and you have be able to adjust in working in different working environment. I enjoy advising debtors settle their debts. The most challenging moments is dealing with uncooperative debtors.

Pros: no promotion
Cons: working six days a week for a small salary.

Excellent

In Debt collection the is no time to wonder around all the time you must be on track focussing on your job in order to make your relavant figures.Its hectic at the same time its the best place a person can get experience from.you learn how to work under pressure,dissipline,order and planning. Am a team leader the reason I think i was choosen to be a team Leader it because I get along with everyone and at the same time am adamant when it comes to work. What I enjoy most about my job is the relationship I build with people eve never seen and when am able to help them create a clean financial profile for them again. The most challenging aspect its when I can a debtor with the info I have in the system.

Excellent learning curve

My work experience that i have gained at Fourie and Associates was amazing. The people there teach you to try to fix something by yourself, before they will help you. There is always something new that you learn and it helps alot
