AVERAGE LEARNING CURVE

working for my company has been on an average scale ,mostly all I have learned was from my colleagues. The company is a of a big range yet to a certain extent the country (south Africa ) seems to be undermined in my own perspective .

Excellent growth space

Theres long hours however because all my co worker we understand each other we try by all means yo make the place less stressful and tiring by allowing each other extra days off to rest. Motivation on how yo boost sales and meet targets and basically make the work space more tolerable.

Pros: It does not put one under too much pressure
Cons: Low salary and long hours
