Working at my current company has taught me that to be a manager doesn't mean that you are a boss ,but" a leader to lead with example it use to be fun when we wanna reach for the star and be on top of the leather so our seniors can be proud of us we used to have team spirit working hand in hand together and get a support from our bosses my store used to be number 1 with performance review such as making money , customer service, turnover year goal ,store visit,etc..

Learnt alot

The best learning years in my career have been with this company. My team is united My Managers are always willing to help My biggest challenge has been dealing with unhappy clients but it's a weakness I'm getting better at.

Excellent company to work with and be part of the team and culture

The co workers were what made the time there worth it. Even the management made us feel appreciated and valued, sometimes they were difficult times with customers and but with team work and dedication we solved any issues

Pros: Buying stock at reduced prices
Cons: No provident fubdd
