I have had a rewarding career
It is always refreshing to begin with meeting over the cup of tea with colleagues and review the plans for the day followed by inter-departmental meeting where send our representatives to resolve the necessary requirements. This will be followed by our section roles where we preform different tasks as we have planned and agreed mutually on the roles, some will be collection plant health data throughout the facility. When we gather data we learnt about various issues that encompass our operations and this we take and analyze to see if it can add value in our company. The most enjoyable part is when we identify hidden plant health defects which are not visible to others and we share the with the responsible persons to help enhance plant availability and maintainability. The most challenging is to get the buy-in from our customers when we identify these problems so that they can be executed promptly and the other is getting the constant feedback form maintenance sections.
Pros: excellent platform to get to the higher levels or even latteral movement.
Cons: working extra hours without getting payed overtime instead converted to time off.

The company provide excellent platform for growth both horizontal and vertical
Our division as a mine and beneficiation facility combines both cultures of mining and manufacturing where plant problems are discussed and solved first task on daily basis in the mornings. These gatherings entail plant operatin/production, maintenance/engineering, support services etc. Being part of these meeting I share my concerns related to maintenance and production where decision are taken for condition based maintenance recommendation/work instructions.
Pros: This provides a good learning curve for future growth
Cons: Working overtime without being reimbursed financially but converted to time off.

Excellence learning curve
It would be more fabulos to be one of your member.i am a hard worker and a fast learner, a good talk able to talk also love being around people to learn more about others culturs. I never worked in the big industry like this one

Organisational Potential
I have learnt how to lead. Each day is different with its challenges. Learnt to work with unions and industrial relations. Dealing with customers was a highlight of my career as I have an excellent relationship with them. Exposure to global business

I have had a wonderful experience at the company. However, I feel that I am ready for change. I must say that I have had exposure to various business processes which has enabled me to have a solid well rounded experience. I am happy with the learning and development experience personally, professionally and otherwise. I also greatly appreciate the collegiality and relationships that I have built over the years.

Excellent team
I'm a fitter and turner at Foskor Richards bay, I have 5 years experience as a fitter and 1 year and 6 months as a Turner. There is still space to grow and get more experience within the company and better my skills as far as possible.

Manager from all angles
My typical day includes meeting with my staff to review the previous day’s performance while focusing on the future. It includes coordinating activities from different disciplines and ensuring that healthy working environment is created and maintained.I need to relate to the other departments which are my suppliers and customers. I enjoy being busy and being in control. My job always strengthens my interpersonal skills skills. Most challenging is to get things done by those who are not fully under my control

Performance of process and systems audits of the various departments including Highlighting critical risks in the company Conducting assurance and consulting assignments in terms of the annual internal audit plan. Determining the scope and objectives of an audit. Applying the internal audit methodology and ensuring the compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Preparing and producing audit reports Ensuring the company resources are used economically and efficiently Communicating weaknesses identified in the review of systems and process and making relevant recommendations Developing and maintaining relationship with clients (departments) and stakeholders within the company

Willing to laern
Want to be best in my job every day and assist my colleagues when I am less engaged, since I am still studying toward my N6 after I will proceed with my Baby.tech and complete Gcc subject
