I work nine hours per day from Monday to Friday, work payment are not equal

Is good for inexperienced individuals, the technology is a bit old. Difficult to get spares for work. Training and development of workers is very low.

Great learning experience

My first work as subordinate manager drill and blast

Workday very good as my co worker understand their roles. Very experience ones. Learned how to interact with everybody including all departments. Being in charge and change people's lives. When we are not productive.

Pros: Very nice place to work.
Cons: Long planning hours meeting.

Job description

i am a bookeeper and treasury administarotor.i compile monthy journals ,bank recon,prepares and submit monthly Vat 201.prepare daily and monthly cash forecast and send out daily bank balances and upload and do EFT paymebts.Act as Financial accountant in absence of financial accountant.liase with internal and external auditors.report directly to financial accountant and treasury accountant

Currently working at Foskor mine as Creditors Supervisor.

my responsibility are as follows, to ensure that legit invoices are processed for payment, internal control procedures are followed, Reviewing all payment and journals before processed on system, endure vat requirements are adhered to,balancing of control accounts on monthly basis, liaise with internal and external auditors and subordinates for team work, processing of foreign invoices and checking of currency exchange rate

Good learning curve

*I'm a maintenance electrician and I have good working team. *I enjoy working with my colleagues they are friendly and helpful. *Coordination it's a best key at work, because we share information to each other and work become simple. *Working as a team is a most thing I enjoy, because we become more efficient at work with multiple ideas. *The most challenging thing is availability of plant access, most of time to do overall maintenance is when we experience breakdown and mostly we do visual inspection.

Good Nosa 5 star company

I was a production process supervisor for 18 years on a opencast mine I also obtained my USP certicicate in health and safety. I will start in any position and wil relocate

Future determination

It is a very good environment to work at. Safety is their fist priority compared to everything. They participate in most of wellness activities like F21 half marathon. The management communicate well with the employees. Employees culture is at top standard and cooperate and interact positively towards each other. I have learnt a lot of things to sharpen my career field. I enjoyed working unexpected overtime and standbys because I love to experience new things. The chalanging part was to get the plant running which the problem was beyond my control.

I have been doing maintenance and repair for four years.

It feels so good to work in a company like this,where any one has the opportunity to learn and work.And i enjoy working as a team.i love challenges and want to succeed in every task that i come across.
