Excellent learning curve for me as this was my time job after my studies. Good working environement

Working for this company grow me a lot. i have learn to work with people and making decision by myself. I have a great relationship with my co-workers, they cooperate well with me. I enjoyed working on a project, investigating and developing new products. When i achieve something i get motivated. The most challenging aspect of my job is disciplining people. I don't really enjoy taking my employees for Disciplinary hearing when they fail to do a certain task or made a mistake, however as is part of the job it has to be done as to correct the mistake.

Cons: working under pressure everyday

I've leaned a lot at company, I'm a hard worker, self motivated and initiative person.

I have learned a lot plc, vsd, panel wiring and many more. I enjoyed working with the people.my relationship with co workers has been great learning curve
