Learnt quite a deal due to the number of years I have employed with Foschini

My day is never the same,you can plan but you must always be ready for the unexpected. I enjoy what I do working hand in with the manager. My colleagues and I get along well. I like to encourage the younger colleagues to try to go and study. I have learnt so much during my time with Foschini as I was employed in 3 different departments that's how I equipped myself with knowledge.

Pros: There is room for growth but it would take a while in such a big concern.
Cons: Promotions dont come quick

Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning curve, the workload is there but i didn't feel pressured because of the co workers I had. I learnt that working as a team player eliminated all of the challenges faced and at the end of the day you enjoy being in that challenged space as it gives opportunity to grow. HomeL/S in Midlands has da best team

Environment can be awful sometimes but one needs to focus on why they there

Good working with my colleagues and we are a family just that the people in upper seats can sometimes be a bit difficult to please however one just needs to focus on the reason why they there and do what is required of them that way they avoifing being in trouble with the managers ? Also enjoy your work then you wont be too much stressed

Pros: Well incentive
Cons: Hard to reach one

Stock controller

I find myself to be a very ambitious and motivated individual, as I am a very enthusiastic and self driven individual that is always carrying out my duties to the best of my abilities. An individual that is always willing to work with the team and motivating and encouraging my fellow colleagues to strive for their best in order to complete a task assigned to them. My goals is to become an.asset to a company and grow within the company making myself a successful exec manager of a company or businessman oneday of my own company.

Pros: No opportunity for growth
Cons: Long working hours less pay
