Time for change

Im punctual everyday,so that I could lead an set examples for my co-workers.Its very important to me to have a good understanding an communication with you co-workers,i have learnt so much over ye years I've been working,its has broader my knowledge of how to treat people professionally,the best part of being a credit advisor. Is that in such a short time you build a relationship with the customer ab help an assist them in the best possible way you can,an what's difficult is that when they just shut you out. However it's time for change an better opportunities.

Good learning curve

Its great working for Foschini. Working hours are excellent because i work a straight shift from 7am until 15h10pm Monday to Friday. Im currently in our collections department and have learnt alot of people skills, how to deal with stressful situations etc. My relationship with my co-workers are great. Always helping if they need a hand. The most challenging aspect in my job is dealing with difficult clients but im able to handle them and work under pressure. I enjoy working with people and learning new things.

Pros: Apply if different departments. Insentives
Cons: I really dont want to work for the rest of my life in a call centre
