I have more than 15 years of experience in sales, customer service and various administration functions. I have experience in client service, new accounts, receipts, ordering store stock, the control thereof, lost control, monthly stock take counts, sales ordering, processing, invoicing and pricing for sales, recon payments, and cash flow management. General administration (banking, daily cash up's, end of day procedures) I speak, read and write well in English and Afrikaans

Supervisor to Store Manager

I am a self, well presented, motivated people’s person working well within a team and also working individually. I have good communication and interpersonal skills, working with the general public, fully flexible, client management and with an excellent attendance record. I supervise and manage a team of sales personnel ensuring that all company targets are met and strive to reach all outlined objectives as per company standards and this makes me perfect for this post. I have more than 15 years of experience in sales and various administration functions. I have experience in client service, new accounts, receipts, ordering store stock, the control thereof, lost control, monthly stock take counts, sales ordering, processing, invoicing and pricing for sales, recon payments, and cash flow management. The company have a room for growth

Completing the role of store manager on a daily basis attending to all the customer queries and making sure I keep them satisfied all the time the company is more premium so it has that sophisticated look and dressing customers with that high class standard and I was part of the styling group and making that customers are looikng good and feeling good at all times

Enhanced my managerial skills

I am a self, well presented, motivated people’s person working well within a team and also working individually. General administration (faxing, emails, filing, banking, daily cash up's, end of day procedures) I will contribute towards your business goals and objectives at all times if I’m afforded the opportunity. I always enjoy working with people, dealing with problems promptly, ensuring that the business objectives are always met. I have learnt that commitment and responsibility is key in any business.

Excellent learning experience

It was very good working the.... And iv learned so much the so now i want something new for my life... Now i knw most of de stones there but iv wanted more

Excellent learning curve

We have stressful days but I make provisions for unforeseen events eg Target agreements and Quality Assessment benchmark.I enjoy working with people listening to their ideas and input.

My view of the business

I have learnt in many avenues.Customers and suppliers giving them the best services whom is the main source to the business.I enjoyed working as a team or alone.I have learnt how the business operate in each department and followed all expectations.Promoting myself as a trustworthy,honest,reliable,eager to learn and hard working individual.Retail is all that i have done,known and would love to succed in retail.Thank you in advance.

Working with different cultures

Each day is different at tfg. I enjoy working here, the environment is friendly and vibrant. The superiors are very professional but easy to speak to. In the past 3 Three years , there is a lot that I have learned. I learnt to act professional and be able to balance between work and my personal life. I learnt to work well under pressure with different people and different cultures. I am not happy with my salary and there is not much opportunities for promotions. I am self driven, that is why I always push myself to achieve my target.

Good company to work for

Hard working team player who gives a 100% everyday to meet my target & my stores,I enjoy selling to customers it gives me chance to connect with them so I can build a good customer relationship. Stock loss is the most challenging part of my job
