Excellent opportunity to grow

Fortress HR Solutions offered me an opportunity to grow in my career and challenged me to excel in areas previously under utilized. A typical workday will start in the office with planning and meeting with my team. Meeting with clients and suppliers. Daily site visits to ensure a smooth operation. I value each member of my team and we work as colleagues rather than superior and employees. Strength is in co-operation and leading from the front. I have learnt to always place employees first, If you look after your employees they will look after your clients and your business. I enjoy working with the client, understanding their business and assist them to perform at their peak by support and excellent service. The biggest challenge is to find a balance between being competitive in the market and being profitable in the same time, Managing expenses without being misery.

Good learning curve

Basic recruitment administration duties, my relationship with my co-workers are quite good. I have gained a lot of workplace experience and soft skills throughout the year. What I enjoy most is the organisation's culture and the most challenging aspect of my job is to be patient with candidates
