Best Job to improve interpersonal skills

I am a distributor at Forever Living products. I sell aloe vera and bee products on a normal working day and I also recruit people in my business. I love working the people and helping people acheive their goals and maximise their potentials thats one of the key aspects I love about this job. I have learnt a lot, I have learned to be patient, to perserve even when its bad. I have learned to build good relations with people because if they succeed I succeed. Have learned the importance of team work and above all this experience humbled me. The most challanging aspects of this job is that it is all dependent on 'you' as the distributor. You have to meet the monthly requirements if you want to get that income on pay day. Its good that I am given targets to meet but some months are better than others. Other months would pass without selling or recruting meaning I dont receieve a stable income and thats a challenge

Cons: No stable income. Its difficult to find your feet in the early stages of business

i have interpersonal skills,knowledge,good driven,good communication skill,hard work,desire,humble,loyal,know how to handle client,open and honest.i love working with people as a team work because i get a lot of knowledge while working together as a team.

Good for obtaining experience

Working environment is okay and stuff member work well together. Typical work day. Learnt a lot in regards to operations of the business. Most challenging aspect is being underpaid.

Excellent learning curve.

I learned to work with a group of more than 30 people. Helped some of them to reach manager level and my communication skills improved. I learned how to work under pressure. I learned how to encourage people to push themselves. I enjoyed to be rewarded for my hardwork, together with my team.

Pros: Great opportunity to network globally.
Cons: If one person doesn’t work, we all fail.

It has been a great company to work for, meeting different people and learning

working for forever has been a wonderful experience, I was promoted as an assistant supervisor and it has a good learning experience, leading people and learning how to deal with different types of people, when I was employed I began as a data capturer, then opted for reception and then I also worked at our dispatch area. its rather quiet during the month and some days after the 15th and the 25th it gets rather busy , but especially end of the month, we knock off between 00.00 and 1am every month.

Pros: its a good company to get a head start
Cons: working till 12midnight to 1am

Excellent

Its to good to work with people my company help me to be self confident and self discipline.working with people its my passion. A big challenge is to deal with difficulties client when they return the product its realy cost u as a distributor. We work as a team sharing ideas and advicing each other in order to grow.

It was a great experience as it ushered me into the world of a multi-national companies.

The job gave me an opportunity to apply myself especially under pressure and was able to deliver results. It also showed me that I have abilities to learn quickly as I was able to fill in different positions without difficulties.

Pros: It helped me develop and enhance people skills. Attend to different queries with level headedness.
Cons: Sometimes I had to work on weekends.

Network marketing (selling products online and offline,recurring people to join the business)

being the forever business opportunity is the amazing you are your own boos and work from home you meet new people as you be bring new people in to the business you get paid for your hard work every month the business is self-developing and building a team challenges faced are when introducing the business to new people (they think is the scram which is not ) because there no no joining fee- you just place orders for products every month to use them and sell them

Team work, work independent, always on deadline

I'm able to type words quickly per minute,i'm focused and make sure that all the work is done,dealing with different people.Working with other people gave me an opportunity to come up with something new also creative,gave me time to know them better and the work they do and how to work with them and an opportunity to lead.I enjoyed working with queries face to face and via the email or fax because that made me need more information about the company and everything and that gave me alot of challenges and i love challenges.My colleagues are like my sisters and brothers.
