Excellent review

i start work at 9am everyday and finish at 6pm the enviroment is very good i love working with people i have learnt alot example; how to be the best sales assistant how to bring money in the buussiness , i enjoy becouse of the people i work with and that i love this industry so much. The most challenges is to deal with difficult customers

Definitely a good learning experience

A typical day at work would be coming in, completing a daily checklist, merchandising at least 2 concepts dressing and styling at least 10 mannequins and ensuing the staff are at their posts (this I only do when the duty manager asks or informs me of stepping out of the store) I have a good relationship with my coworkers, I am a fun person so I make jokes every now and then, but they've come to know when I want to get serious about getting work done. I've learnt that you can't trust anyone in that shop. My former line manager has taught me so much. She's taken all my talents and helped me advance them. I now am excellent at what I deliver. I really enjoy new launches, new stock, unpack it, hang it and merchandise it then finally dressing the mannequins in the new stock and making it look good makes me so excited. My most challenging thing there is, communication. Improper communication skills are used to deliver certain messages and which could cause confusion and conflict.

Nice company

Its is an amazing company at limited or no growth opportunities. Duties and responsibilities is more then expected, this is a great challenge and I love the adrenalin and focus. Not to strict when it comes to policies and procedures, this creat havoc and give people the opportunity to be mpre laid back, which is not appropriate.

Pros: Great learning opportunity, nice management amd not to many tasks handed.
Cons: No benifits, limited to no growth opportunities.
