Good working environment

Busy day but no growth within the industry. Friendly environment its like a family. l have learnt to:- Develop, maintain and promote security policies, procedures, standards and awareness. Support other teams in the group and operations to respond to cyber incidents by providing research and analysis. Document all anomalies and escalations. Analyzing threat information from a variety of internal and external sources to provide actionable intelligence to maintain and enhance the defenses. Enjoyed networking ,implementing and managing their products.

Learning curve

My typical log day, is to make sure everyone is connected to the network. And there is no signal loss. If anyone has any issues whether laptop/desktop or printer connect them. I am a bubbly person who gets along with everyone. We also manage calls from standard bank for PCI compliance.I love helping people interacting with my colleagues. I have learnt a lot, especially coming from a big Company to a small company...Patience and learning to let go of certain things. Growth is not that much because we are a small corporate. So now i am looking forward to learning more in a corporate that i will be able to use all my skills and knowledge..
