im a shift leader for medical department. I do injury investigation, sheq register and plant walkthrough. safety walks and risk assessment. injury prevention, emergency care and primary health care facilities. im responsible for clinic budget and clinic allocation. setting meetings with the client, writing reports to the clients.
Pros: i work for ford motor company since july 2014 as a occupational health nurse, now im a shift leader for medical department
Cons: long workin hours i work 12hrs a day mostly night shift as well as weekends and public holidays

Good relationship at Ford Motor Company
Ford Motor company results Working at Ford Motor Company is really good indeed and i have gained lots of experience since i have been here for 3 years. Sometimes we become under pressure when we are approaching month end but we are used to ti we know how to solve such kind of problems.

Excelent working enviroment
The company i was working for had 3500 employees and working two shift .My typical work day consisted of leading Daily management safety meeting where events of the previous day are shared and standard compliance is reviewed. Contrator performance reviews and auditing , Process Risk Assessments verification and validation. I enjoyed working with all levels of people in our organisation from seniour leadership to shopfloor employees giving guidance and assistance to ensure safe and healthy working conditions and behaiviours are maintained.
Pros: growth within the company
Cons: the plant introduced a 6 day working parttern Monday to Saturday with overtime during the week which was stainous for academic and social life

Excellent learning curve
i am hard working and enthusiastic, i am intuitive and willing to learn everything. i am highly motivated in whatever i do. i have been working for ford motor company as an assembler and i am now currently a team leader, and this came through because of all the hard work i put in and i always go an extra mile if something needs my attention.i have completed a business management at IQ Academy and i am good in communication and leadership. the reason for me applying for this position is to enhance my skills and i am also looking for new career

Building relationships with co-workers and suppliers
My typical work day is ordinary. There's hardly anything new, I am working on flexi hours. Do my daily tasks and attend frequent meetings. My co-workers are not very fun, my department is male dominated and mostly are adults. I'm the youngest but It's something I'm used to by now. I relate well with them although we don't get to be very casual. The atmosphere is very consistent which gets boring sometimes. I do enjoy my work space, it's open and I can see everyone. Work is not very challenging but it gets tricky from day to day. The challenging aspects would be towards the end of the month whereby I have to chase backorders and push my suppliers to deliver. Nevertheless I am learning so much.

I have ample experience and expertise in working with workers or operators at General Motors, South Africa (GMSA) where I was responsible for Work-study Technology in the Industrial Engineering Department and I also worked as a Team Leader on the ground floor. At Guestro Forge and Machinery, I worked as a Shift Leader at the CNC machinery export line, under my supervision there were three team leaders and one cell leader, and I was co- coordinating a group of 30-50 operators until I was retrenched at the end of December 2011.when the company was sold to another employer due to LIFO I was the fist to go due to production requirement.Currenly I am working for Ford Motor Company as a Government Regulations Coordinator Export Auditor at the Quality Department since 2012 July until now.
