No learning

Processes are always changing and nothing is ever concrete. The owner applies alot of pressure and commission is never paid out in time. The team is not happy and the people are always complaining. There is a high staff turn over

Excellent IT training

This was a learning curve for me as I had to take on the knowledge of dealing with various products related to IT. PABX systems and Copiers. The company is a family owned and run business. The hours can be long due to the fact that it is in the Office automation and IT field.
