I spend my time recruiting, or activities related to our recruiting efforts. Next would be employee relations, internal resourcing, and org management. Beyond that it gets chopped up quite a bit day to day, I am a one man army in HR. A quarter of my day is spent in meetings brainstorming the next best thing and finally, the rest of my day is spent finding new ways to energize our organization.During a typical work week, one of my biggest tasks is checking in on my staff and assessing their progress on various projects. Along with constant interaction with my team, I also attend a weekly management meeting where I present my department’s progress to the executive board. On Fridays, once all these tasks are completed, I make sure I have completed all necessary communication for the week via email and in person, and create a list of priorities for next week.

Currently doing masters in project management. Passionate about IT projects , a researcher in the field also. Passionate about resource management,

Excellent Multi-tasking ability
I am a hardworking working individual who gets to the office between 6:30 and 7am each morning. My day starts with planning and organizing duties for the day. I start with HR first and then delve in Projects. Staff management happens throughout the day. With proper management of my time I am able to accomplish many things in one day, making room for unforeseen duties and responsibilities.
