Great business acumen

It's great to run and own your business but there's no start and finish times lije a regular job. The day starts earlier than most jobs with catching up on emails that came through during the evening and early morning from clients. Prioritising tasks for the day . Networking with clients and other role players. Attending meetings including site meetings. Interacting with clients on current and future opportunities.

Family Atmosphere

Its an excitement to wake up and come to work. The people are caring and team orientated. We always come together when things get tough or deadlines are near. I have build a strong relationship with each of my co-workers. I have learnt so much from each of them, tendering, programming, leadership, teamwork, management etc.

Excellent learning curve

I joined the company on the prospects of doing a project where the scope of works was big which would be great for my resume. The project didnt start, I was therefore retrenched 8 month in on the basis that the company have not been making profit foe the past two years.
