My work highlights in HR

I begun my experience within the HR field at the AdvTech Group doing recruitment at Brent Personnel. I then worked at POP Warehouse that had clients in Consumer and FMCG which allowed me to expand my knowledge in the industry. Being a Client Services Manager for them contributed my success and ability to further service stakeholders better and maintain good working relationships. I had also worked for Syndicate Personnel whom specialized in recruitment specified to the FMCG industry. I thereafter moved onto Quest Staffing Solutions where I was an Account Manager. I was exposed the contingent department where I had numerous clients bases to manage such as Banking, Consumer, POS etc. I was then contracted to work for FNB as an Account Manager. The HR Head then head hunted me to be her HR Business Partner. Since 2014 I have been with FNB.

Pros: Seeking to grow further in my HR career
Cons: Unstable enviroment with regards to my job (restructures)

Cons: Little load work. Like to keep or be busy all the time.

Excellent learning curve

Welcome all clients & guests and update Visitors Book Answer Fusion Switchboard, screening calls, making calls on request and assist clients with queries Update, monitor and capture of Staff & Management attendance register Arranging meetings, controlling the digital diary and booking of Boardrooms for all meetings including set up Video Conference interviews with candidates for FNB Premier JHB Arrange refreshments / lunch for meetings or hearings Opening incoming emails and responding to / distributing them accordingly Copy typing, typing of spreadsheets, etc. Photocopying and filing of various documents Receiving & distribution of incoming and outgoing mail via email / fax / courier service

Pros: Enjoy working with clients
Cons: under appreciated
