Great culture

Receive claims assess and pay within specified SLA ,receive calls and assist clients with feedback on their claims, great interpersonal skills great working experience and relationship with my colleagues and senior staff excellence working environment and culture fun and exciting I've learned a lot in terms of communicating on a senior level understanding of banking and insurance industry, I enjoy incentivised activities and the challenging aspect is management delays on urgent claims other pressing matter or issues relating to work.

Growth

Learned and experienced various aspects of law, doing research and provides legal opinion and advise clients accordingly. Had good working relationship with colleague's and clients.. I learned to worked both in team and individually. Also go give a good customer service. Challenging aspects is when clients provides us with wrong information.
