• Implement, evaluate, monitor and realign the area specific process, advising on delivery within the context of specified legislation. • Coordinate and execute all test activities for allocated projects, prepare and submit test plans for sign-off and ensure alignment between test environment and production environment. • Understand project management area of application in order to exhibit insight and use understanding to make applicable recommendations and improvements. • Control system changes and enhancements and evaluate the success of changes that have a direct impact on business results. • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders by providing input to business requirements • Implement, monitor and validate the effectivess of scorecards • Conduct system testing on UAT and PREPROD testing environment • Understanding of bureau data and able to make investigations /Transunion data

Team work

an industry interrupting, growth company in a growth sector. The culture is young, dynamic, but not reckless. Management is open with all employees and values contributions and consistently demonstrates a commitment to the betterment of the employees. The benefits and work environment are stellar.

Pros: Great atmosphere, management is honest and trustworthy, quality benefits.
Cons: Work/Life Balance is a bit off, but only due to volume of work not to any pressure applied by management.

Excellent learning experiance

Automation of deployments Resource monitoring on all servers Database administration of PSQL and Ms sql Great team working together Most challenging is setting up new applications in conjunction with developers and automating these. this also forms part of my overall job satisfaction as I am constantly learning.
