About me and my job

I start work at 6.30am every morning Monday to Friday. My since its still early to start liaising with my customer the early morning are for following up, going through my emails, filling ensuring all the admin is in order. I have a healthy working relationship with my team members and all our state holders. An excellent complaints consultant has to have a good relationship with all the stake holders in order to make sure that the customer issues are addressed accordingly and timeously. my current position has taught me a lot about time management, my communication skills have improved tremendously. Attention to details is very important. what I enjoy most about my job is the customer satisfaction, there is nothing more satisfying than to convert a customers complaint into a complement. however the challenge is to calm a fastrated and upset customer but I've learnt to deal with that challenge..

Cons: The work load can be overwhelming at times.

The company offers many opportunities and it's a leading company when it comes to innovations and their are real, The company always encourages diversity there's a lot of Ubuntu one of the values meaning lots of respect to one another.

Motivation

I am a vivacious young lady who loves challenges and enjoys life. I am an honest, reliable and responsible person. I have the ability to use my initiative; can work effectively and independently under pressure; however I like working as part of a team as well. I am also known to have strong organizational skills. I believe that any challenge can be overcome with positive attitude, dedication and hard work. I am currently working in the banking environment as an Office Administrator/Personal Assistant.

Excellent company to start your and complete your career with.

They are people oriented and still not compromise company ethics. Had a lasting relationship with my co-workers and some senior people but due to the long chain of reporting line, eventually some team leaders loose the focal point of the company and begin to work people out.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn, not sure about promotion
Cons: Favoritism

Learned everything I know now

Civil working relationship with colleagues, relaxed environment where we help each other improve performance. The challenge is mostly economic factors and such makes it almost impossible to reach targets. Lovely atmosphere.

Pros: Vast learning opportunities
Cons: Slim promotional chances due to the number of employees with potential.
