Fnb National Customer service Desk
on a daily basis I talk to customers from all of SA but mainly regarding to their queries and problems that they have with their accounts or banking platforms as cellphone banking and ewallet services and banking app. I was first call resolve solution so I did that and in matters where I had to escalate few queries to other departments. Working there the culture and people of that department are the best to work wth and team work is number one there. I got a chance to become a member of the Sales Forum for the entire contact center and all other departments and had to train agents regarding sales.I also became a member of the FNB Volunteer Committee which we dealt wth doing community work and fundraising and I have actually made me grow individual to a scale where I could be team leader but depending on who you know my application were always declined but overall I did my supervisors job for her because she was new there she had to learn everything from me processes and procedures.
