A very amazing environment with a lot of opportunities to learn
This is a very amazing and excellent environment to work in. We sell different products that the bank offers to customers and have daily targets that we are required to reach. There is also a great team spirit as we often help each other with different kinds of sales approaches and techniques which shows that even though we are all chasing the same targets, we don't threaten each other instead we all strive to win together and reach the targets, its all a healthy competition if there is any. Even though sometimes it is a bit challenging to reach daily targets, we strive as much as we can.

Cons: We don't always reach target as the leads are sometimes bad

I am always enjoying the way agile promotes the speed of software delivery.
The environment is chill,I have great relationship with my team members and we support each,when one is lacking on a current project we assist and give support.I have learned to work hand in hand with my fellow team members and support,assist each other when we struggling.What I enjoy most is to be happy giving my services and sharing my knowledge with people I am working with,coming up with brilliant ideas that benefit the company.

Learning curve
I am currently working as a call center agent for FNB sales and services contact center, I have over 5 years call center experience.Over the years I have gained skills and knowledge that I can use outside the contact center environment which makes it easier to adopt and be able to perform all the delegated duties and tasks effectively. My experience gained within the call center entails administration : *Set up and maintain filing systems for the business unit to ensure efficient service is provided. *Data capturing *Compile limit decrease database onto spreadsheet. *Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
