Excellent learning curve

It was a great experience as I learnt alot. I enjoyed my time there as I had a good relationship with both staff and team leaders. I didn't actually get bonuses which would be great as I was living with both of my children

Great experience

Verify all applicants for new contracts Investigate fraudulent activities and possible ID take overs. Apply basic fraud awareness and analytical skills. Monitor Smart Devices deliveries to make sure they are not delivered to fraudulent clients. Scrutinize applications in order to identify fraud to minimize losses that may accrue and identify trends and fraud migration. Able to detect forged or altered customer’s documents. i.e. pay slips Bank statements and Identification. Provide timeous and accurate information during the credit card registration process Provide monthly stats and presentations. Make controlled deliveries, make arrests and successful prosecutions.

Not for the faint hearted

Typical work day would be dialing clients, not being able to get up from your seat for the first two hours of the day. Noting the errors or system issues and being accused of purposely tampering with you PC. Being shouted at and ridiculed for not reaching target.

Pros: The people are amazing
Cons: You just a number, your treated like you are replaceable

Excellent place

Typical work day is logging on at 8am and making ptp's and debiting accounts. People I work with make me want to come to work. .I've learnt alot because I work around different departments and executive. . The most challenging thing about my job is racing to get target before monthend and not making mistakes during the process but overall iv everyda learnt alot at work.
