To take calls make sales and servive clients

- We take calls and activate loans , reverse temp loans, draft paid up letters and settlement letters. - I have a Very close and Very free Relationship and professional if required. -To educate the client on bank procedures and products I have learned the policies and procedures as to how the bank work. -I enjoy dealing with the clients I also enjoy providing the clients with professional and helpful service. -being vigilant not to pay funds to a fraudster.

Substantial experience

I am an honest, hardworking person who worked in the Financial Industry from 1988 - 2016. I gained a lot of experience, working with staff, clients and stakeholders. I have Management experience since 2005. I resigned in January 2016 when my husband was transferred from Malelane to Welkom. I started to work in November 2016 at Bennie Beket Brokers, dealing with all short term queries and claims. I am well organised and can manage time well. I am confident in areas such as Sales, Service, Finance, Operations, HR. I have a NQF 6 qualification - Credit Diploma. I will be an asset to your company through my commitment and dedication. Excellent learning experience

Ensure that the customer's needs are satisfied. Assist customefs needs and to solve their problems. Understand your customers needs and always go an extra mile to assist them. To be fit fast and fantastic towards every client. Deliver a good service to all clients. Help clients to make good decisions, Empower and educate clients. Manage tearn quality of sales. Manage the service quality results. Help clients with credit products and also explained the products to them in detail. Educate clients on how to make banking easier and simpler for clients and to be in control of they own banking from home, wolk or anywhere. Inform the clients upfront about their bank charges and how to avoid high bank charges. Introduce clients to the different investments and to educate clients on lrow to save for the future.

I gained lot of experience

I was interacting with different people,helping them with their transaction.At fnb we were like a family.We work as a team helping each other.I learned a lot of thing eggs how to work under pressure,how to solve problems and how to deal with a difficult client,multitasking. I enjoyed seeing my clients happy ,I also become happy.most challenging of the job.you must be accurate every day.you cannot make any mistake.

I have more than 20 years experience in Banking, from Teller to Branch Manager with Credit Portfolio and Area Manager (LMO), with more than 10 years Credit experience (Agric and Business). I throughly enjoyed working for Fnb. I had a great learning experience.

I enjoyed the Development program. It was a great learning experience, much more than i expected. It was the most favorable part of my career. I was always seriously involved in my work and aways strived to be on top. Fnb is a great Bank to work for there was never a dull moment.
