Reliable and be responsible

It is very challenging but most of all interesting position where i run the office duties and financial duties at once. calculating daily working hours of employees, taking care of them and to see that all their salaries are paid on time and correctly. I have learnt to be independent a lot and to work as accurate as possible. being accountable is essential and taking responsibilities is crusial.
