Good industry for experience

is a good company to work for especialy if your new graduate from tvet wanting to gain experience, and what i like is that they also pay for your fees if you wish to further your studies,

Quick Learner, excellent communication skills

I have good communication skills like being with people learning and teaching others, I was made 2nd in charge so I have learned to have to leadership skills with Co-workers, I am also very good in computers and a very quick learner down to earth person. Please have have a look at my CV as I have been in the customer service for about 6 years. If you give me the opportunity I will never let you down

Great experience

Customer service driven, various operational skills learnt, thorough communication enforcements, always innovative with new selling points for the public. They are very responsive towards complaints.

Excellent learning curve

It was a good opportunity and work excellent experience for me for dealing with the difficult customer. My relationship with co-worker it was good and i learnt so many things like customer services Administration work. The most i enjoyed is to speak to different people every day and the most challenging aspects of the job is to dealing with difficult passengers.

Good environment job

Its great working at my company, I enjoy interacting with the passengers, I deal with nice and angry passengers daily. Typical day is making new bookings and doing changes to them, assisting where I can. we have a good relationship with my collegues and we always try to make it fun. Ive learnt alot throughout the years, to be patient, understanding and never to take angry or rude passengers to heart. I enjoy mostlty interacting with passengers and I enjoy the airport environment. The most challenging aspects of my job is having to wake up in the dorn of morning and starting a shift of 3:30am. I dont have really challlenging apects, as I have 9years of experience in the industry

Phenomenal experience and knowledge of the good community service

very enthusiastic, hard working person perfectly into my work, much experience in working with people in a professional manner and responsible person at work pretty much every where I go. . Laughing is the best thing I do most at work.. . Communication makes me feel completely free. . I have learned so much at work to never feel left out but always such your ideas.

Respect

I have learnt quite a lot in my current company. I’ve learnt how to work with to work with people from different cultures and race. I’ve learnt that no matter what position you are in respect is the most important thing.

Pros: You learn that there is actually more in aviation than just flying.
